About Us

Craft Pellets is a Woman-owned small business.  Milissa recently acquired Craft Pellets from her friend Teri.  Milissa worked for a large consulting firm for 15 years when she decided to take a pause and focus on her family. A year into this pause and with Teri's support & pellets, Milissa started making weighted blankets for her children in hopes that they would help them sleep. Wow, those blankets were amazing. Soon after, Milissa started crafting homemade comfort items for others, including weighted blankets and iSpy toys. The store name, Me-Me's Things, is Milissa's childhood nickname from her little sister, the purest form of comfort.

When Milissa is not working, she is volunteering in the schools, in the community and at church.  Milissa lives in Richfield, MN with her husband and two sons.
